Dominion Lifestyle magazine arrives
Call Dominion Lifestyle (DL) the
latest magazine in town and you just might not be wrong. It is certainly a new
addition to the saturated magazine market. A 32-page Christian magazine that
however has sections on every aspect of human lifestyle and culture, DL was
presented to the press on Monday, April 2nd at its corporate
headquarters in Lagos.
Delivering his opening speech,
Chairman of the magazine presentation, Senior Apostle S A Owojori, said that all
publications start in a small manner, the same way DL has done. He cited
Newswatch founded by Ray Ekpu and his colleagues as a magazine that started
small but became a brand over time.
While speaking, DL’s publisher,
Barrister Gabriel Awosemo, said he first had the vision to publish a magazine
over twenty years ago so its coming into existence finally is not by chance or
peradventure but the materialisation of the divine design that God ordained for
him in the vision.
Presently, DL is a bi-monthly as
Awosemo said that they have to be cautious in its publication so they are
looking before they leap and that depending on DL’s acceptance, it will soon
become a monthly and even go on to become a weekly.
