Yemi Alade, Geniuzz unveiled as Nairabox ambassadors

Award-winning artist, Yemi Alade, and Geniuzz of Effyzzie Music Group have been officially unveiled as the brand ambassadors for the social digital wallet, Nairabox. Speaking, Alade said, "Everything is happening online right now. Technology is the future and Nairabox is the future. You don't need physical cash. You can buy movie tickets, purchase airtime, make bill payments and transfer cash to your kids in school. The best part about it is that it operates all over the country and you don't need data. Plus it doesn't take a lot of space when you download it. It’s just 2MB." Also speaking, Geniuzz said, "The first and coolest thing about this app is that it is very easy to use and needs no data. Because it's a wallet, you can take it everywhere with you. It enables you go cashless. Each one of us should have it and I encourage you all to get it." Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Nairabox, Jay Chikezie said, "We are glad that Yemi Alade and Geniuzz were able to see our vision and we are glad to have them on board, and look forward to a fruitful relationship." Nairabox is a social digital wallet that allows its users to pay for goods and services within the app and also make in-store payments. Co-founded by Jay Chikezie, Damilola Jegede, Tokunbo Adetona, the app serves as your mobile wallet, where you can pay for bills, buy airtime, pay for events and cinemas tickets, donate to charities and so on. Introduced into the Nigerian market in December 2015, Nairabox already has users and merchants all over Nigeria.
