Fate of Alakada already buzzing

Only God knows how Toyin Abraham is doing it but she’s gradually becoming one of the biggest box office attractions in the country.

She’s appeared in several cinema release movies, a feat considering that most of her colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry aren’t getting such consideration.

But she isn’t just an actress, she’s also a producer and her own production, Alakada Reloaded, is said to have taken N50m at the box office.

Now, with every intent of capitalizing on its success, she’s returning soon to the cinema with its sequel, Fate Of Alakada, and the noteworthy thing is that without much hype, it’s already buzzing with videos circulating of some of the scenes featuring big names that include Big Brother Naija 2019 winner, Mercy ‘Lambo’ Eke, comedian-actor-singer Broda Shaggi, Amaka singer Peruzzi and his DMW record label boss, Davido.

With all the buzz already about FOA, it’s definitely gonna set the box office on fire.

So we say, congrats in advance, Toyin.

And she sure deserves every success coming her way with all the storms she passed through in succession that included the crash of her marriage to fellow actor Niyi Johnson and the doomed relationship with Seun Egbegbe who was then arrested for criminal behavior before she then got involved with another actor, Kola Ajeyemi, and she now has a child for him.
