America’s Kings flying under the radar

A set of protests that have been very popular in the news in America in recent times are the No Kings protests.

According to the premise of the protests, they do not want America to be ruled by a King.

And that is all fine and good.

What was shocking to people, though, was that the same people protesting against Kings then turned around and heartily welcomed an actual King, King Charles of England, into the same country that they said they don’t want to have Kings.

Some type of way, right?

And even as the protests continue against America having Kings, the protesters should do well to know that America already has several Kings in the form of the teachers in the higher education system who are known as tenure faculty.

So, what are they gonna do about them?
