IPC continues mobile governance outreach rollout

The International Press Centre
(IPC) is currently introducing all over Lagos the 321 Mobile Governance
Outreach which is an information and assistance portal designed to bring
government closer to the people by providing them with vital data on good
governance, rights, elections, budgets, etc.
At the Ikorodu, Lagos
introduction which held recently, Sanmi Falobi of IPC disclosed that 321 MGO
can be accessed by anyone from an Airtel line only for now by dialing or
sending a blank message to 321 to request information about an issue or
information about the appropriate people who can help someone with an issue.
321 MGO is an initiative of
ACTIONAID Nigeria, supported by UKAID, implemented in Lagos by IPC, and the
first ten calls made to it in a month are free.
