Meet BAD 2019 Belgium award recipients

African Television, organizer of the highly anticipated Beautiful Africa Day coming up in Belgium on June 1, has disclosed some of those who will receive awards at the glorious occasion.

According to Larry Omodia, CEO, African Television, popular singer, small DOCTOR, and Yoruba warrior, Aare Gani Adams, are among the award recipients who will all be recognized for their invaluable contributions to Africa’s growth.

“We sell Africa to the world at African Television, and BAD is one of the ways we do this. BAD 2019 comes up in Belgium and it’s going to continue the trend as it’s a networking opportunity for Africans and other Africa stakeholders to come together to share ideas for Africa’s further progress,” Omodia said.

“And even as we’ll be discussing ways to move Africa forward, we have to recognize those who’ve done fabulously well for Africa by rewarding them with awards that will spur them to do more. Aare Gani Adams and small DOCTOR are two of such people and we are just pleased that they will be with us live in Belgium to receive their awards.”

The other awardees are His Royal Majesty, Oba of Esa Oke, Adeniran Akanbi Adeyemi; Iyalode of Owu Kingdom, Aare Adebisi; Oba Fesobi, Aare Ogboni of London; Crystal Beauty; Nature; King Franky; Abegunde Tony; Emmanuel Maduemene; Evangelist Funmilayo Ugoh; and Ghariokwu Lemi.
