Ibejii live in concert returns
Ibejii, the retro-contemporary
afro music artist, is set to host the second edition of his headline concert,
The Ibejii Live Experience, #TILX, on Wednesday, June 12, 2019.
The show, which will hold at The
Backyard, Victoria Island, Lagos is an opportunity for lovers of alternative
music to be entertained by the timeless Ibejii.
Multitalented, Ibejii is a
storyteller who uses folklore, metaphor and vernacular to deliver his music in
a bold but sensitive manner.
His music traverses genres that
include traditional Yoruba folk, juju, jazz, R&B, soul.
With tickets flying off the
shelf, the stage is set for a great evening, which, as we hear, is a prelude to
the launch of Ibejii’s experimental fourth album, MSML (Music Saved My Life).
