Like Peruzzi, like Pasto Goody Goody?

When you talk of trending music artists in Nigeria presently, Amaka co-singer Peruzzi is definitely one of them.

He became known as one of the artists of the trending label, Davido Music Worldwide, and has appeared on DMW songs and in their subsequent videos.

It can be argued however that it was his appearance on 2Baba’s monster hit, Amaka, that finally granted him the acceptability he presently enjoys in the industry.

Such acceptance that he’s recognized as an A-list artist, gets award nominations, is believed to be making money and is highly sought after by his colleagues for featuring, and so far, he’s been featured by many of them, including May D and Ice Prince.

But as popular as he is, Peruzzi can’t really be said to have a recognized hit of his own.

And this scenario brings to mind another artist, Pasto Goody Goody, who became popular when Tony Tetuila featured him on My Car and he went on to attain more fame through other features and though he released his own songs, they didn’t really attain the heights of those he was featured on.

So is Peruzzi also like Goody Goody?
