Nigerians blame Buhari, Desmond Elliot for unexpected AFCON loss to Tunisia

Buhari

Actor and politician Desmond Elliot and President Muhammadu Buhari are being blamed by Nigerians

for the country’s shocking and unexpected loss to Tunisia at the ongoing AFCON (Africa Cup of Nations) in Cameroon.

Whenever anything negative happens in the country now, Elliot gets the blame because of his past derogatory utterances on the youths of the country.

Though he’s apologized, they’ve refused to forgive him and drag him mercilessly on social media and they’re doing so right now accusing him of infecting the Super Eagles of Nigeria with the bad luck which made them lose after being the only team that won its group stage with a hundred percent record so was expected to go far in the tournament.

Getting equal share of the blame alongside Elliot is Nigeria’s unpopular President, Buhari.

He also has a negative opinion of Nigeria’s youths so they return the favour happily by dragging him on social media and they’re doing so quite delightedly saying his video call to the Super Eagles before they played against Tunisia also brought them ill luck.

Take heart, my fellow Nigerians.

Elliot
