Tiwa Savage plans comeback as Yemi Alade, Cynthia Morgan, others capitalize on her pregnancy absence

Nigeria’s current hottest female singer, Tiwa Savage, who has been off the scene for some time now due

to being pregnant, has given birth to her baby boy on July 22nd at St Mary’s Hospital, London and sources say she’s already planning her comeback to the entertainment industry.

In her absence, Savage, who was the only female singer who performed at last year’s Star Trek, has lost ground to some of her rivals.

This year, she couldn’t go on the Trek because of her pregnancy, and her rivals Yemi Alade, Cynthia Morgan and Seyi Shay benefitted by being chosen instead.

Alade especially has really benefitted from Savage’s timeout to have her baby.

Last weekend, she won the MAMA best female artist award won by Savage last year, something that might not have happened if Savage had been fully on ground shooting videos, performing, making appearances and trending as usual.

So now she’s given birth, her rivals should watch out or will she be the one who has to really scheme and work hard to reclaim her lost ground?
