Why equality matters more than diversity and inclusion

There is much noise all over the world the world about diversity, equity and inclusion.

Whilst the initiative definitely has its merits, its objectives also make it a victim of itself.

For instance, requiring that people should be considered for things based on their race in a world that is trying to eliminate raci*m is just promoting the same raci*m that the initiative is kicking against.

So, the equity part of the initiative is just the most important that should be under consideration because when people see themselves as equal and are actually equal, then all the problems from discrimination will definitely disappear.
