Can CNN White House star Kaitlan Collins survive without US President Donald Trump’s attacks?

Adages and theories don’t just spring up of their own accord.

They are always borne out of human observations.

For instance, the adage, When in Rome, do as the Romans do, is so self-explanatory that anyone who claims not to understand it is both mischievous and a utter hypocrite.

And in terms of theories, one that is so reflective of humanity is Stockholm Syndrome.

And it’s so important because it afflicts so many humans without them even knowing it.

And this seems to be the case with US media star Kaitlan Collins of CNN who trends mostly because the mercurial US President, Donald Trump, attacks her repeatedly.

According to her, though, his attacks are not personal and people were shocked that she could have this unexpected, even shocking, stance.

Inasmuch as she’s a seasoned professional so she knows what she’s saying, it can’t also be entirely discounted that there’s some element of Stockholm Syndrome at play in her stance.

And it definitely can’t be discounted as well that she has gotten to a stage where she not only expects to be attacked by Trump but actually looks forward to him doing so and prepares excitedly for them in advance.

As a matter of fact, her decision to keep covering him despite his consistent attacks proves very clearly that Stockholm Syndrome is indeed at play in their love-hate relationship.

And now that she’s so used to Trump’s attacks and feeds off them, can she survive without them?

That’s the big question.
